2. Data we collect

Account data: username, email, hashed password, language, role, API key, wallet balance. Order data: service, quantity, charge, target URL, status, provider references. Payment data: Stripe session or payment identifiers and USD amounts — not full card numbers. Support data: ticket subjects and messages. Security data: IP addresses used for rate limiting and session cookies.

3. Why we process it

We process this data to create and secure your account, take wallet top-ups, place and track orders, send transactional mail (welcome, password reset, order completed, ticket replies), prevent fraud, and comply with law. Legal bases are contract performance and legitimate interests in securing the service.

4. Processors and recipients

Stripe processes card payments. The configured upstream SMM provider receives the public target link, quantity and service id needed to fulfil an order — never your password. Hosting and SMTP providers process data as needed to run the site and send mail. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account and order records are kept while the account is open and as long as needed for accounting, chargeback defence and legal obligations. You may request deletion through Tickets or info@eptasoft.net; we may retain records where the law requires it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Send requests to info@eptasoft.net. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, remember display currency and language, and protect forms with a CSRF token. We do not use advertising cookies on this panel.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
