1. Who we are

These terms apply to the website, customer panel and reseller API operated as InfluSocial.

By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. The service

InfluSocial is a reseller operations panel. You add USD to a wallet and spend that balance on social-media marketing services fulfilled by independent upstream providers. We do not operate Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram or other destination platforms. Delivery times in the catalogue are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secret. Notify us through Tickets if you suspect unauthorised access. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that provide false details, abuse the API, or violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Wallet and payments

The wallet is denominated in USD. Card top-ups are processed by Stripe. Crypto top-ups are processed by Cryptomus. We do not store full card numbers or wallet keys. A top-up is credited only after the processor confirms payment. You authorise the selected processor to charge the chosen amount plus any fees shown at checkout.

5. Orders

When you place an order we deduct the listed charge from your wallet and send the job to the upstream provider. You must supply a public profile or post URL only. Never share passwords, 2FA codes or backup emails with us or any vendor. You are solely responsible for the legality of campaigns, for destination-platform rules, and for the accuracy of target links.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use InfluSocial for fraud, malware, harassment, child sexual abuse material, sanctions evasion, or any campaign that violates the law of your country or the destination platform. We may cancel jobs and freeze the wallet without refund where we reasonably suspect abuse.

7. API

The personal API key follows the SMM v2 protocol documented in the panel. You must not share the key, exceed rate limits, or attempt to probe other customers. Key rotation is your responsibility.

8. Availability and liability

Service depends on Stripe, hosting and upstream providers. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or a specific delivery result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPTASOFT LTD is not liable for lost profits, account bans on third-party platforms, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the unused USD wallet balance on the account at the time of the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the panel and request account closure through Tickets.
